• Trip enquiry form: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, likely travel date, number of people, where you would like to go, and which tour or page you enquired from.
• Direct messages: anything you send us on WhatsApp or by email while planning or taking a trip.

Information collected automatically

• Advertising click data: if you arrive from an ad or campaign link, we record standard campaign parameters (such as utm_source, utm_campaign and Google click identifiers like gclid) so we know which advertising brought you here. This is stored with your enquiry and used only for measuring our own marketing.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare your itinerary and quote.
• To communicate with you about your trip by WhatsApp, email or phone.
• To operate your tour (for example sharing your first name and pickup details with your guide).
• To measure which of our advertising campaigns work, using the click data described above.

We do not send marketing newsletters, and we never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Where your data lives and who can see it

• Enquiries are stored securely in this website’s database and emailed to our team inbox.
• Service providers that process data for us: our website hosting provider, Google (reCAPTCHA spam protection, where enabled, and advertising measurement), WhatsApp (when you choose to message us there), and Tripadvisor (whose review widget loads on some pages and may set its own cookies).
• We keep enquiry data only as long as we need it to serve you and to meet basic accounting obligations, then delete it.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies of its own. We use your browser’s local storage to remember, on your own device, which campaign link brought you to the site so that your enquiry can include it.
