Morocco Trip Way

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 27, 2026

These terms govern every tour, excursion and travel service booked with Morocco Trip Way. By confirming a booking with us you accept them. They are written to be read, not to hide things, and nothing here removes rights you have under applicable law.

1. Who you are booking with

Morocco Trip Way is a locally owned tour operator based in Hay Annahda, Erfoud, Draa-Tafilalet 52200, Morocco. Contact: moroccotripway@gmail.com, WhatsApp +212 768 258 066.

2. How booking works

  • Plan free. You send an enquiry, we prepare a day-by-day itinerary and a written quote at no cost and with no obligation.
  • Confirm with a deposit. Your booking is confirmed when you accept the itinerary in writing (email or WhatsApp) and pay the small deposit stated in your quote.
  • Pay the balance on arrival. The remaining balance is payable in Morocco at the start of your tour, in the currency and method agreed in your quote, unless your quote says otherwise.

3. What your price includes

Exactly what the itinerary page and your written quote say it includes, nothing less. Anything listed under “Not included” on your tour page (typically international flights, lunches in cities, drinks, tips and personal spending) remains your responsibility. If a quote and a website page ever differ, the written quote prevails.

4. Private tours

Every tour we operate is fully private: only your group, your own local guide and vehicle, never shared with strangers. Your quote confirms the private trip you are booking.

5. Itinerary changes

  • By you: our trips are flexible. Before and even during the tour you can ask to adjust pace, stops and nights; we accommodate changes wherever practical. Changes that increase costs (extra nights, room upgrades, added activities) are quoted before you commit.
  • By us: we may adjust a route where weather, road conditions or safety require it. We always provide the closest practical alternative of equal value, and we tell you as soon as we know.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Carry a passport valid for your entire stay and any visa your nationality requires.
  • Arrive with travel insurance appropriate to your trip. Insurance is strongly recommended and is not included in our prices.
  • Tell us in advance about mobility limitations, medical conditions or dietary needs that affect your trip so we can plan for them.
  • Follow your guide’s safety instructions, especially in the desert and mountains, and respect Moroccan law and local customs.

7. Our responsibilities

  • Licensed, experienced local guides and roadworthy, insured vehicles.
  • Accommodation as described in your itinerary (or better) in riads, hotels and desert camps we know personally.
  • Honest communication before and during your trip, with same-day responses during planning.

8. Liability

We are responsible for delivering the services in your itinerary with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control (see Force majeure), by third-party services we do not operate (such as airlines or your own extensions), or by your own actions against the guide’s instructions or local law. For anything within our control, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected trip. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control: extreme weather, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, civil unrest, government actions or border closures. In these cases we work with you first on rescheduling; see the Cancellation Policy for refunds.

10. Complaints

If something is not right during your trip, tell your guide or message us immediately on WhatsApp so we can fix it while you are still travelling. That is always faster and fairer than raising it afterwards. Unresolved complaints should be emailed within 30 days of your tour ending.

11. Photos and reviews

Reviews you post publicly (for example on Tripadvisor) remain yours. If you send us photos or feedback and agree we may share them, we may use them to describe our trips; just tell us if you change your mind.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. We will always try to resolve any disagreement directly and fairly before anything else.
